About CherBills
Just outside Jamestown California is a rock outcropping in the Sierra foothills called "Table Mountain". Nestled into the side of the mountain is a lovely 3 acre parcel of Tuolumne County we call "CherBills".
There is a flat level area at the top of our rather steep driveway. This is where the house will someday be. With a little tree pruning we will have a most excellent view. The rest of the property will be preserved in it's natural state.
This site is about Cheryl and Bill's journey towards a dream. The making of a place to remember, feel love and relax.
To Yurt or not to Yurt?......... This is the question. Answer YES!
What is it you might ask.
It is a round dwelling, held together at the eaves by a tension band. It has a cone shaped roof with a central compression ring skylight at the center top of the cone roof.
